Room mate needed by March 1st in Charlotte, NC

My name is Makayla, I am 21 years old, I would like someone around my age. I have a full time job, I like to relax on weekdays maybe have a few friends over after work. I am very laid back & fun but responsible.. I am looking for a new room mate to move in by March 1st or sooner! I have a 1108 square foot, 2 Bedroom/2 Bath on the 1st floor!! Includes full size washer & dryer, large walk-in closet, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops in kitchen & bathroom, pantry in kitchen, patio available on the 1st floor! I am located off of N. Tryon, right next to Foodlion, Starbucks, Tanning Salon, Chiptole, Kohls & across from UNCC Campus!!! I have furniture for living room, doesnt all match just yet but it is a work in progress.. Doing alot of stuff on my own, I'm very crafty! One thing I love most is being around family & friends so of course I will have friends over & so can you, with asking eachother first. I would like to split rent, bills & food. Rent & bills are around $750 a month including; water, heat, air, wifi, cable, etc. Food we can either buy our own or buy together. I work during the day mostly, sometimes at night. I do smoke.
