Weekly, biweekly, or monthly appointments available. I will use my own supplies, or will use yours at your request. Rates include the following services:Clean all surfaces, dust, (excluding high areas), sweep & mop bare floors, vacuum carpeted floors, clean, sanitize, and deodorize all surfaces in bathroom, clean toilet(s), clean tub, shower walls, clean sink, clean, sanitize, and deodorize all surfaces in kitchen, (excluding interior of appliances and cabinets), clean kitchen area, and collect and take out garbage.I work alone and I will clean your home or office in a consistent and professional manner. At our first consultation, which will be at no cost to you, we will mutually agree on a cleaning checklist, which will be followed on every visit to your home. This way we will both know what is expected and what will be done. I will always leave a completed checklist for you so that you may verify that everything was done if you wish. Consultation will take 15 to 20 minutes and will include a tour of your home. This will be the time for you to ask any questions that you may have and for me to explain to you what cleaning I will do in each room of your home.
