Manager, Internal Sales Team in Charlotte, NC

Our client has asked us to identify a life insurance professional who can manage an internal sales team in the Charlotte, NC area. This individual will be responsible for recruiting, developing and retaining internal sales specialists. These specialists will support a specific channel of the Company’s business. Training will consist of weekly telephone calls and in-person meetings and will be responsible for building and implementing plans with the Company’s External Sales Teams. Ongoing projects will include improving operating efficiencies and effectiveness with Case Management teams and working with sales management on skill building and case management.Qualified candidates will need a few years of direct sales experience or experience working with internal sales teams. They must be licensed to sell Life Insurance and Series six & 63 licenses would be helpful but are not required. They must be skilled in the use of a PC, possess strong customer service skills and have a clear grasp and understanding of all features and functions of life and annuity products. Depending upon experience this position could pay a base salary up to $85,000.
