Purpose: ?This requisition is being opened to support development of new business for the Flextronics facilities in Charlotte, NC and Columbia, SCPrinciple Accountabilities/Duties: ?Responsible to develop, communicate, and manage the site?s business plan for increasing new business opportunity wins for the Charlotte and Columbia factories. In addition, this role is responsible to work with the site team in setting up a strategic business model to assure profitable growth levels on all new accounts within a targeted time frame. ?Take a leadership role in developing new business to leverage the breadth of services offered from our Charlotte and Columbia sites. These offerings include PCBA manufacturing, Level 1 to Level 5 box integration as well as forward and reverse logistics. ?Leverage extensive industry relationships to cultivate customer relationships, develop & deliver effective proposals, and negotiate contracts to capture profitable new business opportunities for the Charlotte and Colombia sites. ?Work closely with General and Business Managers at the site to develop growth plans and target companies in the Northeast, Southeast, and Central US region who would benefit from the regional expertise offered from the Charlotte and Columbia facilities.?Work closely with the Global Account organizations to provide regional support for any new business opportunities. Qualifications: ? 7-10 plus years of progressive experience in sales / business development roles in the electronics / PCBA system integration market. ? Knowledge of program management, supply chain, repair and logistics operations functions as well as a strong financial acumen. ? Ability to build dynamic relationships with customers, with a track record of identifying new areas of opportunity and negotiating complex business deals for mutual benefit. ? Track record selling to diverse range of companies from emerging market to large multi-national customers. ? An effective communicator with customers, executives, peers, and subordinates. ? Demonstrate attention to detail and effectiveness. ? Strategic thinking, problem-solving, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills. ? Well versed in all MS Office applications.
